Description
We are focused on understanding the role of epigenetics and mRNA alternative splicing in breast cancer radioresistance. Additionally, we investigate the influence of RNA structures on alternative splicing. Our research also extends to developing molecular diagnostic tools for the detection of cancer biomarkers.
